Rapid
sketches that seem studies of bodies in movement similar to those that
appear on the recto of the
folio. The head of the child in the centre recalls that of Leonardo da
Vinci’s drawing of Baby Jesus for the Adoration
of the Shepherds. The quality of the line, not completely fluid and
other considerations date this work between the end of 1503 and the
beginning of 1504.

appaiono sul recto del foglio; la testa del bambino al centro
ricorda quella di un Bambino Gesù di un disegno di Leonardo per un’Adorazione
dei Pastori. La qualità del tratto, non ancora pienamente fluido, e
altre considerazioni fanno datare questo foglio tra la fine del 1503 e
l’inizio del 1504. |
